Ten years at the spray gun
Alfie's Bodyshop Mobile is run by Ragan Broughton, an automotive painter with around ten years in the trade. Ragan started as an apprentice and has worked his way up through bodyshops of every size, from small independent repairers through to large commercial operations.
That mix matters. Small shops teach you to do every part of the job yourself and stand behind it, because there is nobody else to hand it to. Bigger ones teach you process, volume and the standard a professional finish has to hit every single time. Alfie's brings both to your driveway.
The idea behind going mobile is simple: most cosmetic bodywork does not need your car to disappear into a workshop for a week. It needs the right person, the right equipment and colour matched paint, at your house. That is the whole business.
The honest bit
Mobile and proud of it, but we know where the line is. Structural work, panel replacement and anything involving deployed airbags needs a fixed site bodyshop with a jig and a heated booth. When your job is one of those, we will tell you. And when a repair is not worth your money, we will tell you that too.
